Hello all!

Thank you for your continued support and love.  Chris, the children and I sure feel it!  I know that God faithfully answering our prayers is what is what is sustaining us.  Psalm 3:5 5 I can lie down and go to sleep, and I will wake up again, because the Lord gives me strength.

The latest update... My health is doing well. My symptoms have been very manageable. My white blood cells were down as you know and they put my on shots that I give myself.  Well, on this last Chemo treatment they said my red blood cell counts were getting low also, so I need to go in once a week for 1 shot to help my numbers bounce back up.  I praise the Lord for those shots, so I don't need a transfusion!

Celebrate with me... this Monday the 14th signifies my half way point of my Chemo! My next Chemo cycle begins on October 31 so my next milestone is on the 14th of November (2 weeks later).. I will be 2/3 of the way through! These points really help me pass the time.  Because of scheduling it looks like my Chemo will be ending the first week or so of January.  So consequently the Super Bowl means a lot more to me this year because it signifies that my symptoms will be over and the last of my Chemo will be gone.  Shortly after that, after passing tests I will get to get my Groshong taken out and I can once again resume my normal life.  I am really looking forward to going swimming again.  It is just like when you deny yourself chocolate it tastes so good when you have it again:)

Homeschooling is going Oh, so well!  Thank you for the prayers.  The kids and I just love seeing what God has planned for us each day.  I love to get to watch them learn. I had no idea how much I was missing out on while those precious babes were in someone else's classroom.  I am the one who gets to see the light bulbs go on when they figure out things and I am the first one who gets to see their finished work.  I love the hugs and kisses I get throughout the day from them.  Even on days when I am not feeling that well, God provides just what we need for the day.

Chris and I are looking forward to taking a drive this weekend to search out ocean beaches in our area.  We are usually on the go to drive to visit family that we rarely ever take the opportunity to check out local spots.  We live to take drives together and this should be fun.

Chris has been a continued support of hugs and kisses and just the right words.  Thank you for the prayers for him too.  He seems to have his "cup filled", as do I.

All our love to you!

Have a great day!

Love, Donna  Lisa :)

P.S. Philippians 4:8 " whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely... meditate on these things".  God is so good.  He has given us each so very much.  I pray that you see all that you have and tell Him thank you :)

New Century Version

Psalms 18:1-19

1 I love you, Lord. You are my strength. 2 The Lord is my rock, my protection, my Savior. My God is my rock. I can run to him for safety. He is my shield and my saving strength, my defender. 3 I will call to the Lord, who is worthy of praise, and I will be saved from my enemies. 4 The ropes of death came around me; the deadly rivers overwhelmed me. 5 The ropes of death wrapped around me. The traps of death were before me. 6 In my trouble I called to the Lord. I cried out to my God for help. From his temple he heard my voice; my call for help reached his ears
